Since March 2024, Nakia has been my loctician. Not only does she care for my locs, but she also educates me on how to properly care for and maintain them. I receive so many compliments on my locs! They are growing and flourishing, and I couldn’t be happier with my journey. Nakia, I truly appreciate you, your knowledge, and your craft

I’ve only been a client at Gridloc’d Roots for about 8 months, but I can already see a real difference in my Sisterlocks. They’re longer, stronger, softer, and fully moisturized! Nakia has magic hands and a hilarious personality. Her shampoos are the best I’ve had. She had me when she brushed my Sisterlocks from the scalp to the tip. YES. BRUSHED. Her services are worth every penny! If you’re looking for someone who can install, repair, grow, and style your Sisterlocks and is committed to natural hair care, check out Nakia at Gridloc’d Roots. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been seeing Nakia for more than a year. She completely transformed my Sisterlocs. I was stuck at shoulder length for two years. Now my hair is at my back. My hair is much more healthy. She was able to repair my locs that were holding on for dear life. She’s done a protein treatment that made my ends more healthy. She’s also so kind and great company during her appointments. Definitely would recommend!

Not all heroes wear capes…. mine is the owner of Gridloc’d Roots! She rescues my locs every time and restores my confidence with her work. She is very meticulous, neat, and precise, and it truly shows in the results. If you’re looking for a Loctician who genuinely cares about your hair and delivers phenomenal loc services, I highly recommend booking your appointment. You won’t be disappointed!

May you and your business continue to be blessed as you expand!
